2.1 The Facilitator’s will:
2.1.1 advise the Supplier of any special access requirements
2.1.2 advise the Supplier of any other fact or matter that may be material to them and their attendance of the event including but not limited to requirements for supplier materials to be in large text or braille. The Supplier shall reasonable endeavors to comply with these additional special requirements but shall have no liability to the Facilitator/Speaker/Industry thought leader or their company or firm in the event that it is unable to do so; and
2.1.3 co-operate fully with the Supplier and follow the Supplier's reasonable instructions in relation to the event
2.1.4 The Event and its Program are attended by the Facilitator/Speaker/Industry thought leader at their request and the Facilitator/Speaker/Industry thought leader is responsible for verifying that the Event is suitable for its needs and requirements.
3.1 In the event the Facilitator/Speaker/Industry thought leader falling ill, suffering bereavement and any last minute changes which results in the Facilitator/Speaker/Industry thought leader being unable to perform his/her duties on the event, the Facilitator/Speaker/Industry thought leader will suggest an alternative Facilitator/Speaker/Industry thought leader to carry out his/her duties hereunder and must advise the Supplier not less than 2 weeks prior to the event. Provided that such alternative Facilitator/Speaker/Industry thought leader has been approved by the company, or the parties will work together in good faith to deliver the event.
